Not the best Ace I've ever seen but they have a great selection of everything and unlike big box stores you can usually find someone helpful and knowledgeable. I'd love for this store to be a little bigger so I didn't have to go somewhere else for odd needs.
Only gets a four because of store size. I still stop here first everytime I need something.
Selection on nuts, bolts, grommets was poor and over priced. And while I realize they are not a candy store, $2.99 for a regular sized candy bar lol? Same for a barely chilled soft drink. If they had $8 12 ounce draft beer and a live baseball game not worth watching you'd feel like you were at the bsllpark.
Helpful staff. However, they were out of Great Stuff. Guy said they have been out of it for a while. Probably out of hammers too, but I didn't ask.
They did, however, have a wide variety of seasonings and sauces, so they can manage to stock the grocery portion of the hardware store at the very least.
This was my only time ever coming here and it was for a curbside pickup order so I can't speak on the inside of the store. Ordering online was easy, the check in process took less than a min, & I only had to wait maybe 5 min after checking in to get my merchandise. Parking lot was clean and easy to maneuver and the young man that brought my order out was very nice & cordial
Way too expensive and poor customer service. Antiquated business model that has one wondering what's the point! Dare you to go in there and ask for a propane refill. I bet you walk out of there with overpriced engine oil, no propane, and the young Bieber at the register won't even bag you stuff.
