The guys at Grand Exteriors showed up exactly when they said they would. The team kept me informed and sent lots of pictures and drone shots of the progress. When you own your own handyman company, there’s not much you can’t/don’t do. In our situation, one of those few things involves roofing. When we recently discovered that our own roof was in dire need of replacement, we called in Grand Exteriors LLC to do the work. Kyle came in and looked at our work scope, gave a very fair price, and completed the job in about six hours. With their very friendly workers, great work ethic and customer service, we have no hesitation with recommending them for anyone we know seeking roofing assistance.

When you price roofing the cost is very similar from one company to the next. Rob and Kyle provide a professional service . Their helpful and personal demeanor exceded my expectations . When I told them my roof was leaking they were here that morning to correct the leak. A week later they were here with there crew and completed the roof in one day. There recommendations were helpful and there knowledge was beneficial esthetically and structurally.

I cannot say enough about Kyle, Robert and their team. They came in and very efficiently completed the demolition, repairs, installation of the new roof and all clean-up in less than 6 hours. They were very professional throughout this entire process and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. Great job!

Back in May 2023, I contacted Grand Exteriors for cosmetic window shutters. Kyle was out to our home the very next day, taking measurements. Shutters installed soon after. Look great! We were so impressed by their professionalism, promptness and excellent people skills that 2 months later we had them install a new roof on our house. They didn't disappoint. Roof looks phenomenal!!! When they finished installing the roof, each crew member diligently cleaned up the mess left from tearing down 2 layers of old cedar shakes and a layer of old asphalt shingles. Our hats are off to them! If we could give more than 5 stars as a rating, you can bet we would.
