Where do I begin with this organisation. Firstly , l have used this so called dental service in two large towns. My first horrendous experience came in Malaga where I went for a check up, and they tried to sell me implants costing over 1600 euros. My second experience has been here here in Grenada where I had a new crown fitted which fell out after three days this was after three completely unnecessary appointments. I would avoid this company completely.
I cracked a molar on a nut. My insurance (Sanitas) sent me to this place because one of the dentists speaks passable English (and all are very forgiving of my bad Spanish). I needed the molar extracted and an implant put in, and between my insurer (Sanitas) and the doctor they worked me in fairly quickly. From the beginning, they have all been wonderful, kind, and most importantly, effective. The staff at the front greet me each time and are helpful. They were patient with my Spanish (even laughed at some of my jokes in bad Spanish). The doctor had to cancel my appointment due to a family emergency, but they gave me something for my pain till the doctor could see me next opportunity. When I did have the procedure (yesterday), the staff was again very kind. The doctor was fantastic and did everything she could to minimize discomfort, giving me extra numbing (and an icepack for my jaw to take home). Finally, the office manager, Estrella, explained everything to us about the costs, even finding ways for us to pay less with available discounts. I'm not done yet with the whole procedure, but so far Milenium Dental has been great and I have already recommended them to others.
I have no complaints, only thanks and praise. When I have had an emergency, they have made time for me in their schedule and have attended to me with amazing promptness. In these months I have gone through different professionals, and not only do they carry out their work with great professionalism, but they have ALL been charming, pleasant and approachable. Also mention the attention at reception, always with a smile and enviable kindness. I thank you that every time I leave the clinic I am happy. You have a great human and professional team.
I had implants put in a few years ago and they have become loose. I go to get them tightened and they tell me I have to pay for it. Do I have to pay for a job they have done wrong? I have another implant from more than 10 years ago that has moved in my life. They tell me to get my dental insurance so they can do it for free. They have no shame. Terrible attention and poorly done work. I'm going to talk to my lawyer to see if they can do that and if not I will report them.
