Today at Wednesday at 11: 45am . Cashier white women with long dark brown. hair. My sister and i went play lottery. She was disrespectful with my sister. Because my sister wanted to use a ticket. She won $ 8.00 to pay a lottery ticket. My sister explain to her. She said " You're not getting what I'm saying. " she was very disrespectful.

I usually come in three times a week to buy lottery today I come in to buy my lottery and I was told lottery could not be sold to me from the other side of the counter. If I wanted lottery, I could only buy the scratch off on the side that was open, which does not contain new lottery tickets. The cashier told me the managers rules not to sell lottery tickets only on her side that’s open so I will no longer be buying lottery tickets at this convenience store. It’s a shame because I usually buy a couple of hundred dollars each time looking for a new spot.

I went to buy lottery tickets this morning. I don't know her name, so I'm calling her Karen (White woman) with long dark hair was rude. She has a smart mouth.

Last time I was there, (the 2nd of June '23) the lady behind the counter couldn't get the gas purchases right. Two customers had to go in to remind her to turn the pumps on. Five minutes apart from each other. Both paid at same time. One customer had to bring her money back in because she gave too much change. This was first thing in the AM. Probably around 520am. The woman was seriously out of it. I wouldn't say anything but that could become a dangerous situation when someone in charge of cash are nodding out mid sentence in front of customers.

Staying overnight at hotel and wanted coffee at 4:30am. This place was about the only place i found that was open. Well lit inside and out. Clean store and a great cashier working. Friendly and helpful and had a good conversation. The interaction was like I've been coming here for years. That's customer service. Keep up the great work. It would be great if all places had customer service like I received here.
