Requested a quote online through their website after hours & was contacted the next morning. Upon calling back, I spoke with John, who walked me through the process. He answered my questions and then got my insurance company to join our call to approve the claim. Within 15 minutes I had a mobile appointment scheduled for a technician to come directly to my home to replace my windshield. I was extremely pleased by the knowledgeable & efficient customer service & the experience was far quicker & less complicated than I expected it to be. Will update this review after my appointment on Monday.

I had a 10:00 am appointment for a windshield change out and even with the terrible weather and snow my vehicle was completed and _All Windows where cleaned, dash cleaned, and floor vacuumed at 11:35? The technician was over the top! I will recommend there service anytime I can! It was the most thoughtful and great service I've experienced in quite a while. I recommend Glass Werks to anyone. We have had Glass Werks several times. Quick, professional and convenient, they usually come to our home. This past time we had to take our car in to their shop due to cameras needing to be aligned and they went above and beyond helping to accommodate so I could run errands. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend them.

This morning I called my insurance guy Pat, and he helped me set up an appointment with GlassWerks. I spoke to Ellory with GlassWerks and received nothing but great welcoming service. My appointment was setup quick and easy! 30 minutes later Andy showed up to service my vehicle with perfection! Very close attention to detail! They will be doing all my glass work from now on and I will forward any future Customers to them!
