Glass Doctor of Northwest Arkansas

Wow! I loved our experience with Glass Doctor. We had a broken window at our house due to a rock that had been slung up from the weed eater. We drug our feet on getting it replaced...so many companies will replace auto glass but few replace glass in home windows. Every step of the way with Glass Doctor was smooth and seamless. They answer the phone, tell you the estimate, show up on time...and the replacement window is perfect. One hundred percent will use them again.

We recently used Glass Doctor of NWA for our bathroom remodel. We worked with the team to design a shower door that was both effective but elegant for a zero transition shower space. The results was absolutely amazing and exactly what we wanted. We did have to wait on some hardware that was on back order but the Glass Doctor team was great at communicating and letting us know the status during this period. The final product - shear perfection. Easy to work with and great installation. The door was expensive but worth every dollar as the result shows off the beauty of the tile and makes the room feel bigger and exceptionally clean. They are going to be a part of our next bathroom remodel.

The GlassDoctor is a great company. I have used them every time I need to fix or replace glass- home and vehicle. I will recommend them always.

Do NOT use them for your window needs. We had them replace a window at our house and they did a horrible job. They were only there for a few minutes and you can tell they did not care. The whole frame was left absolutely disgusting, and the caulk is all over the place (including where it shouldn't be). We paid nearly $600 for them to do this. Absolutely terrible!

In and out in no time at all. My sliding glass window came off and it was all due to glue that failed. The cost was cheaper than all others and was given confidence it’ll be a long time if ever it’ll happen again. Felt great dealing with a family owned business
