Had a front window of our home replaced. We called them, they came out, estimated the price to be $350 or so. We said do it. They came out the next day, took the window, fixed it, and put it back in. Fixed the window issue no problem. The actual fee was $500 and some change, big difference, so they cut us a break and settled for about $470. For that kind of dough I expect them to as the very least to not CAUSE damage, and clean up the broken glass at the end of the project, I have kids ffs. Will be using someone else in the future. Those are marks on the trim (see pictures) from a small pry bar or screwdriver I’m guessing. Who’s going to fix that? At least they were fast I guess.

This was by far the worst window experience I have ever had and this is my third time replacing a window. He keep giving me different estimates and they did not come till the next day to take my window. They boarded up my window with so patio furniture I had out side. Than he called with another estimate and said four something. A women called back and said 580 would be my total when I said I wouldn’t pay that much they took it down to 464. I payed they came a few hours later to put the window back in and left all kids of glass and dented the frame of my window.

My window was done super quick I called for a quote and someone was at my door 20 minutes later. And then, my window was fixed within an hour! Super fast, dude was nice and friendly. I'd call them again if I needed a replaced window. ---it was a garage window that broke.

The best! Extremely quick, and almost HALF the cost of having Safelite do the same thing. High quality work, and have had no issues with my windshield since having it replaced about a week ago.
