I called to get a quote on having my windshield replaced. The girl I talked to was very nice and knowledgeable about the process of getting on the books. I was able to schedule the install within 1 business day from calling and they came to my office to do the job. They touched base multiple times leading up to their arrival to let me know what time they would be there and confirm my location. The price was the cheapest in town and I'm very pleased with the finished job. Definitely will recommend to anyone needing glass work. And will definitely use them again in the future for my own needs.

I highly recommend Glass Doctor of West Monroe, Louisiana. Initially I had my windshield replaced and a day later, an 18-wheeler slung a rock and cracked the new windshield. I brought it to Glass Doctor and Donald ordered a new replacement which was covered under warranty and they installed it at my place of employment.
