Glass Doctor of Central Arkansas

I would definitely recommend Glass Doctor of Hot Springs for auto glass replacement. I have used them twice and they are perfect. You don't even have to leave the house because they will come to you! However, don't bother to get them to bid inside glass for your shower. After sending their guy over to measure, they never called back or emailed with a quote. I called to remind them and they promised they would have the guy get mine to me as soon as he got back from lunch. That was a few weeks ago and I still have not heard a peep.

The Glass Doctor replaced my car windshield at my home. I did not have to take it to a repair shop. Very convenient! All of the staff with whom I interacted were polite and professional.

Glass Doctor did a great job. They came out and gave an estimate. They had to have the glass manufactured and they still got the job done in the time I needed and the cost was just what they quoted. The technician was very conscientious and took care with the trim and shutters and cleaned up. I felt he went above and beyond my expectations. Customer service is excellent!

Went in for a rear window replacement, the technician broke the old seals. After discussing the matter with the manager, They came to my house to fix the seals. Amazing customer service.

Everyone from the first call to the last call was pleasant! It was very convenient and helpful that they come to you! The only thing I could say outside of 5 stars is I wish when they quoted me $440 he would have mentioned that wasn’t with tax! The tax made it $480 something but still great service and we are very pleased!
