Glass Doctor of Belleville, IL

Had an front windshield replacement appointment scheduled for today. Work was set up to be accomplished by their mobile service. No problems setting up this appointment last week. However, at about noon (day of the scheduled appointment) I got notified that they did not service where I reside. Arrangements were made to ensure someone was at the house to meet the technician. Meaning....taking a vacation day. Wasted a day of vacation for nothing and simply got SORRY from their customer service. Cannot review any service....just customer service. More to follow if I am able to utilize their store services in Belleville IL

Tracy was very responsive and helpful getting my appointment. Jeremy was professional and efficient in completing the windshield replacement. MUCH MUCH better experience than my last experience with a competitor. I'll definitely continue GlassDoctor and have already recommended them to others!
