I would highly recommend this business. I had my windshield replaced there. Very helpful, friendly, reasonable prices and you can tell they value their customers and want to do a great job for you.
Brought my old bug in to replace the windshield and added on the headlight service. She looks brand new... Well if you can get past the chipped paint and dents. Great people great work...
I can only concur with the numerous rave reviews that previous clients have posted. Many businesses overpromise and underdeliver, Glass Doctor of Longmont is the complete opposite. This was my first experience with a cracked windshield, and I was over 500 miles from home. Not knowing the correct procedure involved with replacing a windshield I called a Hyundai dealership. The receptionist at the dealership told me that they highly recommended Glass Doctor of Longmont. From the very first phone call, Denise provided exceptional customer service in a calm professional manner. She was personable, amusing and assuaged my trepidation regarding the replacement ordeal. Since I was only passing through Longmont she expedited the process by walking me through the insurance side of the process. Bill, the co-owner as well as the technician, astutely explained how the procedure worked even to how the Pythagorean Theorem came into play (evoked pleasant memories of high school geometry!!). They worked with my schedule, started the replacement on time and completed the procedure in a timely fashion. The friendly folks at Glass Doctor of Longmont are consummate professionals who provide excellent service and exceptional peace of mind. I only wish other businesses employed a similar business model.
They did a very professional and correct installation of a new windshield, perfectly calibrated. They also accommodated me on short notice to meet my needs. Highly recommend!
Bill and Denise are some of the most amazing people. Around a month or two ago, a neighbor had vandalized and smashed the rear glass on my 1994 Camaro Z28. That glass hasn’t been produced in over 10 years! Nobody, and I mean nobody, that I talked to had any clue where I could find it, and even if I did find it Safelite and other glass places I tried said they wouldn’t replace the glass! That was until I found Glass Doctor Auto! Denise helped me find the glass (still in the hatch) at a salvage yard in Brush Colorado. I had brought down the hatch as well as my car for a diagnosis, and the most excellent customer service I have encountered in the automotive industry! They had reached out to see if anyone had removed glass from these cars, and nobody had! They still agreed to try and it looks beautiful. Amazing customer service, amazing instillation, amazing experience. The people at Glass Doctor Auto are PASSIONATE about what they do, and even more importantly, they care! I hope I never have to deal with broken glass again, but if I do I will most certainly be coming back here.
