Glass Doctor Auto of Fargo

From the moment I walked in they provided excellent customer service. The customer representative was friendly and knowledgeable about the services they provided. The repair was started on immediately. It was a crack on the lower driver side of the windshield and was between 9-12 inches long. I walked over to Caribou for coffee and before I could finish, the car was ready. I don’t know if it’s typical but the windshield was replaced in about 45 minutes. Because of the rain sensor & lane assist they had to recalibrate. It’s been over a week and everything works flawlessly. They also reapplied our car wash sticker. 🙂

Took a rock ti the windshield in the morning. Walked in to get their opinion on repair or replace around lunch. I was lucky enough with the timing that they worked me in right away to repair the chip in 20 minutes. Used them for years for work as well. Highly recommend. Great service.

Service was good, but they left a bunch of dirt in my car. I had the car detailed the day before. So it was spotless! And now there is dirt in the crevices of my center console and all over the passenger side.

Wow, that was quick! I had a nasty chip in my windshield and Glass Doctor repaired it in no time. I mean, it was maybe 15 minutes from the time I drove up to the time I left. The repair looks great! While I hope to never have another chip (I can wish!), if I ever do I'll come back to Glass Doctor for their great and very fast service.
