Had an appointment, they called and said the new windshield had a crack in it. Now it's a week later and the technician is almost late to the appointment.
Between 9-11am, no call from the technician to say where he is. 11am comes around I'm leaving and finding someone else to do it.
And the tech just called and said it was for 12-2pm! What is your malfunction? You just lost my business.
I am at a loss for words. The phone rep helped me even with the issues my car has that don't even pertain to him. he spent so much time helping me buy just giving me info. And the tech, Rick, was amazing. He saved me money, he was honest, fast, hard working. I would give them all a raise. Honestly the best experience. What a wonderful team you all have. Thank you for taking care of me and my 3 yr old son. I will never go anywhere else
Just had our service completed for the second time by Rick. I remembered him from the first time by how attentive to detail he is and how promt he is at getting the job done. He definitely knows what he is doing and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you again for the great service.
Rick C arrived early to replace my glass in my 1999 Toyota Tacoma. Got it done in a very timely matter. He was also very friendly and courteous. Very good job in all. Thanks again.
Not only do I work closely with Sheri as our vendor for glass needs, I am also a customer! Getting my windshield replaced was a very easy and quick experience. Sheri really cares about her customers and if there is anything wrong, she goes above and beyond to make it right. I would highly recommend Glass America.
