We used garden state auto to do work on my mother's car. I was given some of the best customer service and auto work. I have been in the auto shop industry most of my life, and this place has been the best experience I have come across! 10/10 will recommend to any and everyone!

HORRIBLE! I came here to get my car calibrated after speaking to a very nice gentleman on the phone initially. Then once I got there, this disgusting-looking man sitting at the desk with missing teeth was vulgar. He didn’t want to do anything, move from anywhere or do absolutely anything. Then rudely opened my car door and didn’t listen to a word I said. Too bad the man that answered the phone wasn’t the one who was at the desk. Disgusting service here! I do not recommend it.

my car has been there for 3 months and I payed 17 hundred dollars deposit and they still haven't fixed my dam car at this point im getting legal help and im calling the BBB, my whole summer has been ruined by the owner liar pete and the reception guy. He CLAIMED it was going to fixed in 2 weeks and now it 3 months later. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE.

Pete and Mike are nice guys. I'm buying a blue VW Beetle convertible from them.
