The reviews say it all, I never even should’ve come to the store. I got here at 6:30 on a Thursday evening, and the lady told me I couldn’t buy anything because she already closed her register. The sign on the door, said they close at 7 PM, and she said that she closed early because she lives two hours away and wants to go home, and the hours are not what are on the door. It’s whatever she wants to do because she can, “do anything.” She was pretty rude and had poor customer service. Guess she doesn’t want my money.

Store hours say they are open until 7:00pm on Monday’s. I rushed here to make it in time before they closed. I’m here at 6:48pm and the doors are locked. Either adhere to your business hours or change your hours on your website. Stop waisting customers time and gas coming to a store that closes before their scheduled time. I won’t be back here.

Do not sign up for any of their programs. I still haven't received my product but they have charged my account. You can't talk to anybody for GNC corporate, the stores act like they don't know what's going on. You have to email GNC customer service but they also stop responding. Now I'm down $45 and I have no wheyy protein. This is just theft at this point.

Store was clean and organized though still in the process of rearranging. Staff was nice but not empowered. Our coupon that was good for only today told them it was expired. Why send a one day only coupon that isn't valid on the day? She tried using some coupons she had but the system also reported them as expired. Had to suggest a manager get involved or they would not have honored the coupon. Good outcome for the products we needed. Five stars once the coupon issues are solved and staff is empowered.

No idea why they'd be closed on a Friday afternoon at 3pm.
