I have shopped at this location numerous times before. Today, the person who works there couldn’t have been more rude. She was blocking the fridge from me getting items that were in the fridge stating she just “stocked the fridge” and I should get some off the shelf. The problem was they didn’t have any of what I wanted on the shelf. It was embarrassing to see how she was trying to block me from grabbing TWO cans from the fridge. When I checked out and asked for a bag her reply was “we don’t have any bags today”. Never again will I step foot in this place. I’ve been a GNC member for a long time. Never again. I intend to call the store tomorrow to find manager to discuss this nonsense and this horrible “employee”!

Best place to go for anything nutrition! Their product selection is enormous, with products to appeal to any situation you might need. If they don't have it, they will order it to the store just for you. The rewards program offers great perks for a low price, which pays for itself very quickly. They offer samples of certain GNC products (I believe it's been halted due to Covid but that is to be expected) which can really help you to decide what product you like the most before you buy it. And the absolute best part about the store is the staff; they have to be some of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met in the fitness industry! If you need a product, they know exactly where it's at. They have recommendations, not only from customer feedback, but from their own personal experiences. They're even willing to help you find deals on certain products to make sure you're getting the best bang for your buck possible. The store itself is nice and all, but the staff working there really help to make it a one-stop shop for fitness needs!

Outstanding experience. Was helped by a younger man who went the extra mile to help me make my selections. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased and would not hesitate to go back.

Very disappointed in my experience today, we went in there a few weeks ago for protein and came across the buy 2 get 1 free deal and felt like it was a perfect deal with what he wanted. The girl who helped us the was very nice and super helpful. My husband got two drums of protein and one drum myopower BCAA. That night we asked they girl if my husband didn’t like the myopower sinces he’s never tried it before if we could exchange it for another drum of protein and she said it was fine as long as it wasn’t over the 30 days. After my husband had tried it (followed the directions on how to take it) he decided he didn’t like the way he felt after and wanted to exchange it. We went in tonight and asked to exchange. The guy behind the counter asked what he didn’t like about it and my husband stated that he felt jittery after and didn’t really like it. Immediately the guy answered back with “not possible, this doesn’t have a stimulant it must of been something else.” My husband explained this is the only thing he took that night before the guy and he just didn’t like it. The guy had a poor attitude as if he was stupid. Just because someone felt a certain way on a product doesn’t mean you can be a jerk. So the guy then asks “what protein would you want then.” My husband tells him the name and the guy proceeds with “well that has caffeine in it” as if maybe that was the issue but my husband has been drinking it for the past three weeks and never had an issue. The last part was when trying to exchange which we thought would be an even exchange turned into us having to pay more. When questioning why the guy was completely rude. We assumed that since it was buy 2 get 1 free that it would be an even exchange (we now understand and see why it didn’t end up that way) but again we were just going by what the deal was and what we were told. The girl who helped us last time was there and understood why we thought that way and even tried to explain very nicely to the guy why we would think that. His response was “you thought you were going to come in here and get an even exchange?” Again we were just going by what we thought the agreement was and questioned it. Instead of starting anything my husband decided it was best to just pay the difference and leave. Like I said before it was a miscommunication on why we thought it would be free and we payed the money that was due. But the attitude the guy has the whole time we were there was uncalled for. There was no need to completely tell my husband he was wrong when he felt a certain way about the product, it could have been a simple swap but instead we had to deal with a rude employee. We have been here a few times and never had an issue but from now on we will just take our service somewhere else.

Went to get multi vitamin for my cats and they are clearing out the pet stuff because they will no longer carry in store. Big mistake, had I known before they carried the pet stuff there I would have been shopping their and not petsmart. Don't think many people knew they carried pet items in the store.
