Scammed into a payed subscription. I payed for a subscription due to the promise and display of a bday box. After my bday I was told to wait 6 months for it, after that I was told wait 1 year for it. It of course never came so thank you for the false advertisement and waste of money.

Asked there was a military discount said no when found out on the website gnc does offer a military discount

Had the product I was looking for, Associate care more about what's on her phone behind the counter than checking me out or answering any questions.

the day the store is supposed to be open, was the day that I had the world series starting and the clerk decided to leave at 6 and not show up until end of the night at 9 or so. I was there at quarter to 7 went to the next door Bed Bath & Beyond Where's Donald my business 7:15 and the store clerk never showed up when he posted on he be back by 7 p.m. Bad business, bad supervision. Anyone know why they don't have numbers running up the hill. Vitamin Shoppe sounds a whole lot better now.

Usually really helpful staff, today the two associates working had no time for questions and were more interested in their private conversations. They were out of a product that I use, when I asked for a couple different options they couldn’t be bothered.
