GNC

This is a terrible GNC location and it gives the GNC brand a bad look. They are a franchise store that does not and will not offer any price matching, honor any sales promotions nothing. I went in to purchase items that were buy one get one free and the lady refused to honor the sales. When I told her it is online and I can order FOR in store pickup she said she would REFUSE the order because she would be losing money. Guess what? Instead of me repeating business to buy more things and recommending this location for anything, you will get nothing. I will avoid this location and I recommend everyone to ignore this location unless you like terrible customer service, like to pay everything at full price with no sales. Most disappointing visit I have made across several GNC locations.

Didn't look up from her phone, despite saying "I have to go" to the person she was talking to. Asked about a product I saw on sale at a different location yesterday "no we don't have that" "I saw it yesterday somewhere else" "no we never had that, that's not true" all without looking up from phone. What terrible customer service. I drove 20 minutes to the closest GNC for me, complete waste of time, made worse by trash customer service.

Terrible service. The GNC headquarter asked me to any local GNC store to exchange the products they mailed to me with one month expiration date. This store refused to exchange or refund. I do not know how GNC works and no wonder this brand might be gone soon. Terrible experience, especially after driving 20 mins.

My husband and I come in every month or so to restock on our supplements, and every time we come we are helped by this wonderful man. His name is Mahendra. He explains the benefits of particular ingredients, he makes wonderful recommendations, and is all around kind and patient. I cannot recommend this GNC location enough, if not simply for his expertise.

The employee Ela profiled my daughter. Following her around the store asking her was she here 2 days ago and constantly asking you find anything you want like she was stealing. Then she followed my daughter out the store and walked in front of MY car reading my license plate. When I asked her why she said “I was just looking” then went back in store. She sure didn’t have a problem taking her money. 00 ⭐️ if I could.
