I was in the store today and I've got to say that the employee Annabelle was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel welcome and was very helpful in finding what I needed as she is knowledgeable. She is fantastic 10/10.
As of 12/12/21, GNC is definitely making a turnaround. The employees are nice again and they're starting to have more items in stock even during the supply chain shortage. The past several times that I've been in the employees have been helpful and courteous and the store has had the majority of what I've been looking for.
I always buy my products at gnc. This is the first time I visited this location and the first time I was not assisted. I was the only customer in the store. I spent about 5 minutes searching for information about products on my phone and the sales associate starred at me but never asked if he could help me. After I picked up my normal products I asked him what was his recommendation for a healthy digestive tract supplement. All he said was probiotics. Well duh! He said there is one over there...which I had to locate myself. I asked if this is the only brand he had in store. He said no we have others but that’s our main one. As a customer that’s simply not enough information. Why would I buy a product without more details than that? I will not return!
NOT HAPPY!!!! I CANNOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE- JUST STAYS BUSY!!!!!!!!! How aggravating :) Now, the phone rings and rings and finally a message says "enter your remote access code" which of course I don't have and then, it hangs up!!!!!!!!!! I will never shop here again!! I also bought a product called Glucocil which is a high priced supplement touted as being so great for blood sugar reduction. It has not done one thing for my blood sugar except maybe elevate it!! Don't waste your money!!!!
