So much to say but so much that can be said still wouldn’t suffice the helpfulness and professionalism of the employees at this store. Jack was one of the most helpful employees I have ever talked with. I came in looking to change up my supplement routine. Jack had endless amounts of information to share and was able to relay the information in a way that was easily understandable. If you are looking to find any supplemental product that is best suited for you I highly recommend heading into the savage GNC and asking for jack. You will not be disappointed!

I recommend you visit Lakeville or Apple Valley to save yourself the headache and to get good customer service. What should have been done on my first visit was completed on my third visit (and after contacting customer service three times). I would give no stars if I could. I visited this location to make a single return from an online purchase within the return period. The first two times the reps recommended I come back another time (after trying what they could). They were kind and explained that the issue was with Zena, their software. After each visit, I chatted GNC and they provided instructions, and said that a return in store would be the most efficient option. On my third visit, I worked with Jack. After waiting in my car for twenty minutes - due to a post-it note on the door saying he went to run an errand - Jack returned and I explained what I needed and what I had done (visited twice and chatted twice). Jack lacked empathy my entire visit. He repeatedly said how it was a "long process" to do the return (but never explained the process) and at one point recommended I come back another day instead. Since it had been some time and I was the only customer there at that time, I replied, "No, this is my third visit. I want this returned today." During this visit I connected with a chat representative at GNC.com while in store. The chat rep provided me with a phone number for Jack to call and offered to email the information that he couldn't seem to find on my account. When I suggested to Jack that he contact customer support or someone else for help he called his manager on speakerphone, who explained the "simple" way to make the return. To management: train your employees on normal tasks and to explain what they are doing instead of just sighing and clicking on their register. Additionally, teach your employees not to place calls on speakerphone if you're going to discuss people "pulling a fast one."

Since joining lifetime fitness a couple months back I decided this location fits my schedule best. My first time here wasn't horrible, but ever since every time I stop in to purchase things the place is NEVER open,and I'm talking 12pm on a Saturday place is locked up tight with lights out. Hard to keep a store open when not making money,I'll find a new place for future.

While having a scary experience with increasing liver tenderness for the first time in My life ( 64 yrs. old) and quitting drinking after 50 years, I started 'Liver guard' and had immediate results (3 days) , with more energy, liver no longer tender , increased libido... I'm amazed ... I never even went to the doctor after diagnosing over the internet and self prescribing Homeopathic /non pharmaceutical remedies !!!!!! GNC rocks ...
