Xochilt was awesome! She was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful in answering the various questions I had regarding a particular product. This interaction helped to brighten my day.

It was my first time to a GNC and the service is terrible and most items are overpriced. You can find them cheaper online. The lady with the freckles, told me she didn't want me to hang around even though I was in the store for 3 mins looking around. Then after ringing up a customer she comes up to me with nobody in the store and says I don't want you on this side of the store because I can't watch you while I ring up other customer and that there are cameras watching me. Made me feel very uncomfortable, will never step in another GNC again

I asked for multiple items, they did not have. Even an item I saw on one of their ads - at this location. Idk. Vitamin Shop one block away had it.

SCAMMERS!!! DONT BUY HERE! Tried charging me $159 while website list product for $75! refused to price match their own website ! The serving size was the same. When he first scan it was the sale price and then scan it again changed the price to full price. He said it must be a ship home option only and I said no the website said if I order to ship home it’s an extra 10% off.

I have always received outstanding service from Xochilt. She is helpful and knowledgeable about the products. If they are out of stock she will recommend and reach out to other stores.
