The employee in this place always looks like he just had a drunken weekend with wrinkly clothes and the worst attitude possible. This guy has the personality of something dead. God forbid he greet you when you walk in the door or not look at you stupid when you ask a question. Will not come in here again. Hire people that don’t have personality issues!

Gregg is the worst customer service rep ever! Do not go to the store!!! I regret it every time I forget to order stuff. He is slow in everything he does, he acts like he hates his life and everyone who walks into the store.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The employee completely ignored me when I walked in and didn’t say a word to me the whole time I was there. It was the most awkward encounter I’ve ever experienced. It took about 5 minutes for him to even check me out.

My experience was horrible. My friend had suggested a meal replacement shake and had shared a picture (should have been easy enough to show to a sales associate and have them point me in the right direction to find it) but no... We walked in and the sales associate was with the one other customer in the store. My friend and I made three laps around the store looking for the right shake and not once did the sales associate acknowledge that we were present, not a hi, hey, or hello. I made a comment to my friend "well, since we haven't been helped here maybe we should go somewhere else" and started walking toward the door. Only then did the associate say "Can I help you find anything" while standing right next to the guy he had been helping. I said no and walked out. Ridiculous service. As a former retail associate I was surprised not to be greeted upon entering the store. This occurred on June 21st at 8:30 p.m. Whoever the sales associate was, you drove out what could have been an easy sell. Will not be returning to this store.

Don't appreciate when I return a product and get a lecture on how to use it. If I don't like a product and bring it back with a receipt for a return I don't need you to try and convince me to keep it. I also don't appreciate the attitude because I refuse to keep the product because your opinion didn't change my mind.
