Yesterday my 16 year old son and his friend went into this shop. They were greeted by an amazing employee. Not only did he listen to their concerns/goals but engaged them and helped the boys buy what was best for them. He explained what each thing did and told them what he recommended based on their age and health. I cannot thank you enough, sometimes teenagers go into shops and are shown quick fixes or upsold on items that aren't healthy but you didn't do that. I appreciate you looking out and being informative and so helpful!
Awful experience, I came in this morning to look at product and the associate kept looking at my phone screen and asked personal questions like if I had a boyfriend and then wouldn't stay out of my personal space including stepping on my toes and kept insisting on more products than I was interested in and when I found a product I was interested in gave the wrong information on it,
The team here at this store, know their stuff. Informative. I actually felt my overall health was being considered, while recommending products. This is a prime example of customer satisfaction beyond product. This is the signs of a great environment for both customer and business.
This lady literally pushed us to the back of the line to help another customer out after we were standing there for a few minutes I recommend any other gnc unless you want to be there for 10 minutes waiting in line while she talks to everyone
