Been here many many times. Never any problems. Great knowledge help if you need it.

Unfortunately, didn’t have a great experience at this location. Apparently franchise stores, which is this location, does not price match but corporate stores do. Had to pay an additional $20 for a small protein powder because they refused to price match. I called GNC customer service and they added that ALL STORES, corporate and franchise, MUST price match with Amazon because it is within their company policy. In addition, CS said that it was up to the customer to know if a store is a corporate or franchise store. They added that there is nothing online stating the category of the store and the customer must ask when entering.

Tried to ship here this morning at 10:08AM. Door says they open at 10:00AM but it was dark and the door was locked...

Just called to see if they carry a specific pill and the guy on the phone automatically said “no” with out bothering to check the system or shelves! I asked if he knew the color of the pill and to repeat the name and he couldn’t so he obviously couldn’t have known if they carry it or not! I asked if they discontied it or the store stopped carrying it and his reply was “idk they must have, check out website” (uhmmm l did and it took me to this specific store as a carrier and was trying to make sure before making a 40 minute drive)

Scout knows his stuff. I can already notice day 1 performance.
