I’ve never left a google review, but the service I received today was beyond outstanding and informative, which brings me here. As soon as I entered I was greeted by Mike G. and asked if there was anything I needed assistance with and I kindly said I was only in the store to purchase Pre-workout and Vitamins. Soon after that he touched base with me on all the deals and so forth. I then asked what his recommendations were for certain proteins and the difference between the ones he chose out for me. When I tell you this man knew exactly the differences between them and what ingredients and nutritional values it was composed of. I was more than amazed and trusting in what he had to say. Nonetheless he made the interaction feel personal, transparent, and unscripted; it was more than just suggestions or the dry pushy quota talk that one is use to when purchasing from any nutritional vitamin stores. Mike was more than welcoming and made it feel like what he spoke wasn’t just jargon but more of personal experience. He seemed more than enthusiastic about his role in the store. This my friends is true customer service. I will definitely be going back there to shop and would recommend this GNC to all my gym peers and those seeking true nutritional help.

I needed an item that I’ve had in the past from GNC. This was my first time at the brickyard location & Mike G was a great help! As soon as I walked in, he greeted me, asked how I was doing and if he can help me with anything. I didn’t remember the name of what I needed but explained it to him & he knew right away. He asked if I was familiar with how to use it & I told him I was so I’m sure if I would’ve said no he would’ve explained it to me. When ringing me up, he asked if I was a member & if I was for my phone number which is an old phone number but it did come up & he asked if I would like to update it which I appreciated because I didn’t think to update it so we did. He also asked if I’d like a bag but I didn’t need one and my favorite part, he welcomed me back!! Not too many people in retail/customer service actually do that. Thank you Mike G for a stress free, friendly and quick visit!

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experience, Mike G was very helpful not only did he help me pick out good product that fits me he also mention about the home delivery every 30-90 days which he sign me up for so I don’t have to come in every time ,very awesome guy will definitely do all my supplements purchases at this location ,highly recommend this place
