Get my first pair of Birkenstocks here in the 90s when I was undergrad at U of M. So happy to see it still here. Feels good to support local businesses.

Got my first pair of Birkenstocks today. Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable about his products and helpful in finding my fit. I'd highly recommend getting a pair. Can't wait to break them in!

The service was good. They special ordered shoes for me. But in the process didn't take in to account that I needed a medium width shoe, which was the size I tried on. What they ended up getting me was a narrow shoe. After waiting for my shoes I got nothing. The shoes I wanted only come in narrow. So back to looking for something that fits, breathable and is slip resistant for work. Sigh.
