THE WORST PLACE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. We arrived on march 1to purchase a ford expedition, the sales rep “Angeles” talked us into buying a 2022 expedition that was on the floor. So we left a 10 thousand dollars deposit to hold it. When we came back the next day with the rest of the money they had sold it. So she convinced us that the best deal would be the 2023, we did went ahead and purchased the 2023 that was supposed to be in La Paz. And delivered to cabo in two days. By march 6 we noticed some thing was odd, she asked us to wait and said that the Expedition was coming from the main land. Which was a surprise because is was supposed to be in La Paz. We finally on march 27 decided to ask for our money back!!! To this moment Ángeles & her Boss IVÁN Lie after lie wanted us to keep our money there so they kept telling us that the money needed to be authorized by Mexico City FORD NOW ITS 21 of April they have given us a NO FUNDS CHECK OF $1,600,000 million pesos NO FUNDS!!

Terrible customer service except from Nacho. Walked in to pick up plates which had been held and because our specific dealer wasn’t there they said “noo… come back tomorrow” and then got someone higher up and he said “no we don’t do that”. Not one person was interested to help after we purchased a car from them, but happy to take our money. After calling the dealer the higher up walked to Nachos office and within 3 seconds had our plates. Absolute rude, didn’t. Even. Try. To help or to look. If you go here only see Nacho, otherwise go to the Ford dealer in San Jose.

Buying a home in San Jose del Cabo, and need to buy a new car in Mexico. Stopped at the Ford dealer to price a New Ford Escape. Staff is very friendly and bilingual. Price on the sticker is the price, which makes shopping easy.

People were nice and the service was fast.
