Flying Pig Adventures Yellowstone Whitewater Rafting

We (2 adults and 3 teens) had an amazing time with the Flying Pig, Billy was our river guide. He was incredible both as a guide, a host and a person. He and his co-host Bobby (also a great rafting guide and all round good guy) overnighted us on the rafting leg of our 3 day adventure. For two young lads they had great maturity, left nothing to chance and made sure we had an awesome trip. They are both great cooks too! Pat is running an impressive business and has created a great culture amongst his team. The Flying Pig is a special organisation and also happens to be the oldest rafting business in Gardiner. They have a cool back story around the name of the business which is worth asking them about.

Awesome rafting experience! Our guide Bobby did a great job and made it a lot of fun. They supply water shoes and a place to store your stuff. We saw a bald eagle and deer on the trip down. Lots of exciting rapids and calm areas to jump off and swim. Great time for all levels of rafters.

We had an incredible time rafting with this outfitter during our trip. We were on an overnight rafting trip, led by Lucas and Max, who were kind, knowledgable, adaptive, funny, and ensured a sense of safety throughout our journey. Our group of 13 strangers became a cohort during our adventure, due in large part to the sense of community infused into the experience. Max and Lucas were supremely talented at creating a fun experience for all the guests, ranging in age from 7 to 70! All facilities were exceptionally clean, and the food provided was surprisingly delicious and varied. I will go out of my way to go on any tour with this Flying Pig again the next time I visit Montana.

Ellis, our Guide, was awesome!!! We had a fairly cold day for August but we're offered wet suits which I did!! The river was a little low and so the rapids weren't as challenging but we still had the best time. Good boat mates and our guide kept our experience entertaining ;-) Thank you for another wonderful experience! This was my 4th trip with the Pig and I wouldn't raft with any other company in the area!!!!

Everything from the check in process to the actual white water rafting was fantastic. The staff was genuinely nice. The experience was great! I had been white water rafting before, but my son and husband had not, and they thoroughly enjoyed it for their first experience.Highly recommend!!!
