Do not hire this lawyer to claim accident compensation or anything related to insurance. The unpresentable lawyer avoids telling you how much she is going to charge you and then charges you a surprise €1000 without any reason to be very careful. Once you have signed and hired their services, they never take your calls and avoid you as much as possible. More than a year and a half to claim. In my case, my insurance company covered the expenses of their fees but she tries to charge more by telling me the exact words "as your insurance pays, we always charge more than a thousand euros" which is totally illegal to do that and not put concepts in an invoice that is totally reportable to the consumer. Immediately afterwards, my insurance company realizes this and calls me for attempted fraud and fraud, after receiving an invoice with no concepts worth €1000 in total that the lawyer has invented to overcharge. Obviously my insurance company refuses to pay this bill because it is a scam. And the lawyer tells me that since my insurer refuses to pay the €1000 bill, I will have to pay out of my own pocket, something that should not be the case, if she did her job well. Continuing to talk to the lawyer, she tells me that she is going to give me a discount because I am going to have to be the one to pay the bill and she gives me a bill of €700, this one agrees with the work done and has all the concepts specified and not like the First, it was €1000 round to take advantage of the insurance. With this new invoice in my hand, they tell me that this invoice is real, not like the other one, and thus free me from paying out of my pocket the fees of this exploited and "honest" lawyer. My insurance finally pays me this "lawyer's" fee thanks to doing her work for her. I hope it helps you not to fall into the same situation as me and that you find a real lawyer who does not want to take advantage of you and does not harass you so that you pay him as soon as possible or he will file a claim against you.
