Staff is all so nice! Facility is clean and they do a great job teaching the kids how to swim! It’s so nice that you can ask the coach on deck at any time how your kid is doing and they know! We absolutely love Candace, Hank, and Shane! But all staff are so nice and all have gotten to know our kids “quirks”.

I had my son in classes here for a few months and I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately I had to drop the class because he was having tantrums every single week and I think that setting is just too much for him. Every other kid seemed to behave though, so it's definitely not FF's fault lol. Perhaps we can go back when he's a little older. Friendly staff and nice facilities.

Loved the school and staff! We had our son in classes from 9mo-13months old. He started in Parent tot 1 where we would do songs, activities and “free time” where they played in the water castles. After a couple classes, I realized we were doing the EXACT same thing every class. No changes in songs or in activities. Everything was repetitive. After turning 1, we moved to parent tot 2, expecting a higher lever of difficulty and different activities, but no… EXACT SAME THINGS as parent tot 1. Same songs, same activities and what seemed like longer “fee time”. You will be paying close to $100 a month for 30minutes a week of the same stuff that you can do yourself in a house pool or paying less at a public pool. After the first couple Classes in parent tot 2, we decided to withdraw. Yes, your baby will have fun (most of the time) and yes it is a good way to have an activity/outing with your little ones. Also, a good way to meet other parents. Overall, a good place but too pricey for the “material” they “teach”.

First time I called to inquire the lady was somewhat rude, finally found a waitlist for parent and tot class registered, received a text and email yesterday 2 months after being on the wait list and the texts and email had conflicting hours of operation. Wasted my time all for the spot opening to not be on a Saturday. Terrible experience with this swim school twice now and I've been sharing my experience with others. I was excited but now I've had a better experience elsewhere.

Fish Factory takes something difficult and life threatening to kids, and makes it a painless experience. I am a 37 year old guy who grew up in a trailer in a rural/poor area, and was never taken swimming. My mom was terrified of pools and water. One time when I was 6 I almost drowned while with my dad, which only cemented my overwhelming and total fear of water. When I was 24 I took adult swim lessons, mostly with elderly people who were using it to rehab hip surgeries, and finally acquired the basic skills of swimming. When I became a parent it was a big deal to me that my kids knew how to swim. I would take them to our local pools and basically try to dunk them to get used to the water and to hold on a wall and kick. It was terrible. They didn't have fun, were usually cold, and never wanted to go back. My wife found this beautiful business, Fish Factory, and signed up our 2 and 3 year olds. Over the course of just a few months my scared and timid children (in water) were becoming naturals in the water. The photo is the new fun they now have at our neighborhood pool. They are making strokes in the water, not afraid to go under with only eye goggles on. And they are starting to actually swim! Like swim 15 to 20 feet at a time. The oldest can even flip over on his back if he gets tired. The comfort I have knowing that my kids won't grow up with the possible embarrassment around friends of now knowing how to swim, but that they are actually good at it is incomparable. We have a new way to always get them exercise. Family vacations are even more centered around water parks or the ocean. This place is worth it. More so than many of the other sports we have tried our older kids in too. I only wish they had this when they were kids.
