The person who helped me was very rude and took too long to tell me that they didn't have the medicine in the end. I asked her kindly if she could tell me which branch did have the medication I was looking for and she very rudely told me "I don't know", when in other branches they look for the medication for me and tell me where I can get it. Terrible treatment, not even to say "for nothing, thanks to you."

I have never been served with such a long face and with so little desire to serve. Please improve customer service and change the staff, it looks like something out of a horror movie.

They do not have the covid + influenza antigen test even though they sell it on the website and it allows you to schedule an appointment here. Already here, there are no refunds and the appointment time is not respected.

The staff is rude, the products are dirty as well as the branch, they don't guide you and besides, they never have anything there

Savings Pharmacy they don't have change and everyone who works there is all rude and ill-mannered, horrible people.
