The pharmacy is good, but the doctor at the office is very bad... We went a few days ago to get checked out because we had the flu. He hardly even looked at us, he dedicated himself to asking us personal questions (which I find disrespectful but out of politeness you answer the minimum because you want me to give you a good review) and getting us to talk about life. Everything is very uncomfortable. He sent us some medications that were of no use, in fact we continued to get worse and we went to another doctor who did prescribe what we needed. He literally told us, I'm not going to check your throat anymore out of laziness, because "it's obvious what they have." I repeat, the pharmacy is very good, but I do not recommend the office at all. I recommend that the owners change doctors, because it is affecting their business.

THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE CHAIN'S PROMOTIONS Avoid this branch, there are many in the area. Save yourselves anger and being served reluctantly. The WORST Savings Pharmacy in the entire Monterrey area. The attention of the staff is with total laziness and without desire for anything. We went and there were promotions in Dermatology and the young man attending did not want to validate it because of his tanates. The worst thing is they serve you with a hueva and an incredible face depending on how you feel and for not always looking for change they always tell you that they don't have change and I say but it's the last time I get there I prefer to go to Benavides which is three away Many cars ahead and what a difference the treatment AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE CHANGE
