My wife asked if she could accompany me to help with the language barrier and she literally shut the door in her face. She was rude throughout and entered my information at a comically slow pace making me think she wanted me to walk out so she could stop working, so I did because I didn’t want her to be the one to swab me even if I had the time to wait. I said “perdón pero me voy” and she just said “te vas?” She wasn’t surprised. It must happen frequently. At least they refunded our money. We left for the airport and just got our tests there instead.
