Overall this brand is good as usual, just a couple of cashiers they preferred to check their phones instead of going to the next customer... even while assisting me, they would rather keep texting, and after that, asked to repeat...
There is always very good customer service and attention from the employees of the different departments. The inventory of medicines is very very broad and they have their own line of generics. They also carry a line of snacks from the Crackis brand that are like clones of Sabritas and they often put them on sale, for example the ruladas, which are the equivalent of the Sabritas Ruffles, are worth 18 and a fraction of the discount while the Ruffles are worth 37 pesos, without a discount they cost I think 24 or 27 but they don't cost 30 pesos. The only thing I don't give it 5 stars for is the parking, it only has about 20 spaces and 2 are for seniors and wheelchair users.
I bought several things and the cashier when packing my things tore the bag, I didn't realize until I left, I went back to ask for another bag and the cashier just looked at me ugly and said that I didn't have any bags, I told her that it was torn and that She brought glass things that could break if she broke any more and between her and the nosy old man who is coming and going, they told me to leave the pharmacy and that there were no bags, arrogant to a fault, I remind them that they are not the the only pharmacy franchise there is and without a doubt I will already be a customer of benavides or pharmacies of savings even if they are further away
Moderately acceptable service... No parking... It's always full... For those who eat in the restaurant across the street and/or those who buy corn outside..
