Farmacias Guadalajara

I went in twice today and both times the staff were helpful and my experience pleasant with no waiting. The first time was for medication and a tall male staff member ( I should have asked his name! ) who spoke very good English took time to help me to find products with different names / brands than I had bought previously. The second time I bought food items and this same staff member recognised me and spoke to me. This store is pretty well organised, clean, I think a bit more spacious than others and staff were quick to open registers with even 1 person waiting.

At the Avenida Hidalgo CDMX Branch They do not comply with the 24-hour service. There was a guy in a white coat who was hiding and I think he was mute because he just waved his hands at me to get me to leave. My visit was from 5:00 to 5:30 in the morning.

The guy who is at the checkout at the pharmacy is inept at charging, on October 3rd at approximately 3:50 p.m. I bought some products, it was a total of $98, I paid 500 and he tells me that he has no change. with a card and they make a mistake with the payment. Later they tell me that they will give me my refund in 72 hours and they open the box and I realize that if they had change to give me, very bad, very bad and unfortunate

There is a single line that is as useless as its employees! They serve as they please! Be careful with ERICK CASTILLO who pretends to be the manager of the store when he is really someone else, he challenges you, yells at you and even wants to hit you because he even went to the other side of the counter... challenging me? To hit me? What are the intentions of your “employees”??? Why do they leave their workplaces to attack customers??? I hope you can review this information
