Terrible service, they don't know how to make copies and they don't know how to explain. The girl at the pharmacy comments, the girl goes and looks somewhere else.

They have a great variety of products, unfortunately there are some employees who do not have even a minimum of kindness to serve customers,,🙄

They open until 8, it's a shame that a pharmacy has those hours, because you can get medicine at any time, I understand the crime, but at least the little open window could be useful for families who come looking for medicine for the your children's fever or some asthma medication and stuff like that

Terrible attention, they are arrogant people, especially the Pharmacy Manager (located in Bernardo Reyes) Mrs. Paola or Paula I don't remember her name well, I went to buy medicines and the cashier made a mistake and they didn't want to change the medicine for the one correct, much less refund me because their policies did not allow it, they kept the medicine and the cash from it, the manager said she was very attached to her company policies
