Terrible service, 30 minutes to be attended to at the pharmacy and still reluctantly.

On the ticket it says that an exchange or refund can be made within 48 hours by presenting the ticket. My husband mistakenly took a medication that he already had and when he returned the medication it didn't even take 1 hour and the person in charge of the pharmacy didn't want me. I made my return because I could only exchange it, but I needed the money and he very despotically told me that he would refund me 100 percent. The truth is, very bad service, I'm going to find a way to report that useless bad-ass manager, that's why it's always empty. that store by the useless malacarienta pharmacy manager

The woman who answers first answers your messages and then charges and still gets angry when someone says hahaha ridiculous

Like the vast majority of Guadalajara pharmacies here in the city of Chihuahua, if you call them by phone to confirm if they have any medication, they will not answer you, which is a terrible rating for their level of service given that many people, especially adults, Seniors who do not have easy transportation or mobility depend on this telephone service to ensure that they have the medications they need but they do not answer the calls!!!!!
