I've ordered online several times now and it still takes hours, I've ordered it since 3 pm, it's 8:12 at night and they canceled it, if they can't handle the service, don't offer it, they shine for their incompetence
Terrible service. The guard is the one who attends to those waiting in the office. And there is no notice that you have to ask for a token to enter the consultation.
The people at the counter are not trained.
They did not want to attend to my husband because supposedly the medicine he was asking for was an antibiotic, which is not true since that medicine is for sale since it is for heartburn
Terrible service, I hope they don't have an emergency and they treat them so badly. l.
