The problem is not the assortment or the prices, because you can find everything and the prices are usually lower than in other chains. The detail is that those who work there, especially the men, are disrespectful and have zero commitment to helping the customer. They treat you badly, they make faces at you and they serve you reluctantly. Also, they never have change and in each transaction they take at least 50 cents from you, which might not seem like much, but in the first place they don't even ask you with the typical "do you mind if I owe you?" ; The worst thing is to calculate how much money they keep up to date for those details and how much per month... And only because they don't want to give you your change...

Lack of staff, they do not serve well, they only open a box today I was in line for half an hour in the pharmacy, the employees are very slow, they make faces, lack of attitude, terrible service, I live nearby and every time I go it is always the same, the Guadalajara pharmacy is worse attended by San Luis, they charge you more and they are always confused in the promotions! Appalling!!!
