Farmacia Guadalajara

I stopped here to fill a prescription but left and took it next door, as the employees seemed very upset at customers and even I got a dirty look for saying good morning. Many moons ago I experienced the same lack of respect at one of their Guadalajara pharmacies, but I just went along thinking they were having a bad day. Nowadays I know it’s corporate culture or just plain anger in everyone there. As it turned out, their competition was happy to have my business and even gave me a free bottle of water. Vaya con Dios Farmacia Guadalajara!

Plaza Neptuno is across the street. Heavy traffic. Use caution when crossing.

The poor treatment of the manager was incredible, disrespectful, zero customer service, they swiped our card twice, she answered us badly and didn't solve anything for us. Disgusting people! The person who put her in charge evidently did not evaluate her profile.

There is always a long line to pay, whether it is a pharmacy area or a normal checkout.
