Farmacia Guadalajara

I arrived at approximately 2 am, worried looking for a medicine and when I approached the door, a young man of approximately 40 years old with the appearance of being a cleaner, held a rag and turned it while he attended me through the space of the chained door, I asked him to speak to the pharmacist, since he attended me his attitude was challenging, and he just told me that nobody here is going to recommend anything to you, do you know what you want? And I told him no, that's why as always when I come I talk to the pharmacists and they recommend what to buy... he replied that Farmacias Guadalajara is no longer allowed to give recommendations and that he was the pharmacist. I told him: I'd better go to another pharmacy, you don't give me any confidence... an educated person would never treat a customer like this, let alone someone who is sick. I looked for and went to another one very close to Fracc Las Fuentes, a lady attended me, super attentive, with vata, hat, face mask and she listened to me first, and told me what to buy! As always in any other Guadalajara pharmacy.... I hope they check who it was that attended me at this branch on Blvd Fco Villa today, August 8, 2020, between 1:45 and 2:10 am. I arrived in a white Mercedes Benz car and was wearing a black T-shirt and green shorts. No one should be treated the way I was treated. Thank you

They don't answer here either, I've been dialing non-stop for 10 minutes and nothing, are they really that busy, or are they being stupid? Supervisors, take action on the matter, THE WORST TELEPHONE SERVICE, ONLY IN 2 BRANCHES OF ABOUT 10 THAT HAVE ANSWER AND YOU HAVE TO BE DIAL AND DIAL, THEIR WORKERS STINK, VERY SLOW FOR EVERYTHING.

I share, like several people, I called 4 branches and no Guadalajara Pharmacy answered the phone, I called during office work hours, very bad in that sense I spoke for medicine prices.
