They are supposed to be open 24 hours. I went at 7:05 am and they told me they open in 20-30 minutes.

Terrible, terrible service. The Av. de la Luz branch sent me to this branch assuring me that there were two pieces of medication that I am looking for, when I arrived at the Jurica branch they told me “that they are missing” that they do not know where the 100 pieces of Karet are. (laughing).

The service is sometimes slow and there is no variety of products like in other branches.

Staff lack training, probably due to their high turnover rate. It is not distinguished by its organization. The arrangement of boxes and merchandise in the aisles is uncomfortable and unpleasant to look at. Low prices compared to other pharmaceutical companies.

Fatal service, very dirty, careless. Outside always dirty, it's disgusting how they have the trash can that they don't wash. Terrible facilities. Unfriendly staff.
