IT HAS MISLEADING ADVERTISING, a form of ant robbery against the consumer as a passive subject of this deception. On January 1, 2020, at the "Farmacias Guadalajara" branch, located at Loma Larga, 58095, in Morelia, Michoacán, I was the VICTIM OF AN ADVERTISING DECEIT. The "ensueño" laundry rinse, of 850 milliliters, was on the shelves as if it had a discount at a price of $14.50 (fourteen pesos 00/100 M.N.), it had signs and it also appeared that way in the newspaper distributed by "Farmacias Guadalajara" the cash registers. For this reason I proceeded to buy 2 of the containers, it seemed to me a very good discount. However, at the checkout they charged me $23.00 (twenty-three pesos 00/100 M.N.) each. I told the cashier, I call a supervisor, first they went for another, and they wanted to give me a smaller product, I did not accept it, then they went to look for the indicated merchandise and they did not find it themselves, despite the fact that several products identical to those announced in the advertisement by the optical reader of the box and NONE HAD A DISCOUNT. This is called MISLEADING ADVERTISING AND it is A FORM OF FRAUD, an ant robbery against the consumer as a passive subject of this deception. In an instant my favorable opinion of the company changed immediately, ITS CREDIBILITY REMAINED AT ZERO. It is not a question of a few pesos, it is the deceit that is questioned. What other merchandise appears marked with discounts and they turn out to be false? How many people like me have been victims of this deception? It's not a few extra pesos, it's deception I find it shameful that ambition leads them to carry out these deceptions, which border on the illegal. Too bad.
