Always, every time I go to this branch the service is very slow. They have people who do not know about medications in the pharmacy area. The products are in front of their eyes and they are not able to locate them because they do not know how things are arranged...! They should also activate NFC on their terminals, many of us already make payments without a card...!!

I spent 3 hours looking for elastic and plaster bandages, it was already very late and nowhere was there abia and cm at 2 am I went to that pharmacy and there I found everything very friendly, the people who helped us

They are already like oxxo, they tell you if you want to round up when paying, but they don't do it in the machine, they just don't give you the 50 cents, and it's not for the 50 cents, but 50 at a time if they have to add something, they do not believe ??

Trato horrible con unas jovencitas con pésima actitud. Cero actitud de servicio, les falta capacitación de servicio al cliente.
