With a great location in Texcoco. The facilities are nice and clean. Fast and friendly attention. The assortment is wide and they have good quality generics. They are a great option. The prices they charge are average. The parking lot is small but sufficient.

Excellent service and very stocked, always an option for a midnight emergency.

A few minutes ago I went to the branch for a machine coffee, I poured the contents of the product and when I wanted to cover the container, I saw that there were no lids corresponding to the size. I asked the cashier on duty and he told me THERE WAS NO. I told him that I couldn't take the product because the drink was too hot and would spill in my car. He told me that I had to pay for it, which wasn't fair since they weren't providing adequate service...I left the drink and I went out. Depending on it, he came out and took photos of me. Who can I file my complaint with? car, the salesperson told me that I had to pay for it... that I would have asked you if there was the cover... I told him that it was HIS responsibility to say that they could not provide

The coffee is terrible! They have misleading sizes, they tell you that they don't have small glasses, only medium, large and jumbo ones. When I chose the "jumbo" it turns out that the machine knows it as "large", since the liquid for a jumbo does not fit in its glass! They charge you like jumbo for a large coffee!, and when you ask for clarification, they blame the calibration of the machine... I won't buy there again!

The cashier answers the survey that is for customers, stating that her service is good, when she is serving in a bad and rude manner since she does not explain card payment as an example. What's the point of a pharmacy having variety if its staff is bad? Terrible service
