I like these pharmacies

We just arrived, we found the door closed, inside several workers, who hid when they saw us. There was no sign on the door explaining the lockdown situation. We tried to speak to the manager, who still did not resolve the issue. Terrible experience, shame about good medications, around 10 people left at that time.

I don't give it 5 stars because at least at the Carranza branch in Valle Dorado, several times I have had to wait too long for service because only one employee is there and several are in the back and in the hallways, until someone gets desperate and asks. Being served is when they send someone else to attend the pharmacy counter.

Previously I had already bought and supplied this time when I go, they tell me that they cannot supply controlled medication, they send me to Villafontana assuring that there is medication and there they do not have the restriction, surprise came and they tell me No, for the same reason as in Carranza. Around the corner there is another one they tell me on Calle 11, and they still tell me to see if they want to sell it to them because they are very special, and it came to Guadalajara on Calle 11 and just because the manager didn't want to they didn't sell it to me without giving me an explanation.
