Famous Footwear

Only one person.. Cashier… saw no other employees. Place was very, very, very busy. I needed assistance, but couldn't get any. Could it be they like many other businesses they have staff shortage ? I left the store….

This store has a great selection except for the fact that EVERY men's brand is Extra Wide. Why? Are there more than 50% of men in my area that request wide or extra wide shoes? I think not, because the very next random male customer behind me asked the same exact question.

I received excellent customer service here. They are a little pricey IMO, but they carry great brands and will price match to their website prices (maybe other places too but not 100% about that).

Very low on stock and the store was a disaster with shoes and boxes strewn across the store. So many people trying on shoes and leaving them wherever they tried them on. Staff seemed to be working, maybe they just couldn't keep up. Found my shoes though and am happy to have them.
