Famous Footwear

The employees that work at this store are incredible rude. All of them seem to have the attitude that dealing with customers is an inconvenience or they hate their job. Even just having someone bring out a pair of shoes for pick up, her attitude was awful. I will not be returning to this store.

I went into the store looking for women's converse, I got directed by an employee named Ryan who took me over, found my shoe and size, rang me up all in all making it a 10 minute expedition. Overall a very pleasant experience, I will be bringing my family in next!

The variety and pricing was pretty good, although customer service left alot to be desired. All but 1 of the staff had no interest in helping or answering questions, or didn't know basic things.

Sales people were very helpful and nice. Got asked a couple times if I needed help. Store was clean and organized

I use to like shopping here. That was until the store manager Lacey or Lacy checked me out at the register. She's very rude. She comes off aggressive and seems annoyed when checking you out at the register. No, How are you today, Thanks for coming in. Just WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU??!! You can just be polite and patient!
