I honestly don’t know what this cashier’s problem is but she was giving me an attitude because I couldn’t properly bring up the store website for a 15% coupon. and then rudely told me to put my phone down onto the counter and to stop touching it. I get that it might’ve been annoying to wait for me to try and pull up the coupon (after I looked up the a different store’s website) but you should at least have the patience & contain your emotions when dealing with a customer. If you’re that miserable with your job, you shouldn’t be working there if you’re going to be that aggravated over something like that. Honestly the worst customer service I’ve experienced and that’s coming from someone that works IN customer service.

I went to purchased a pair of vans. Price was $49.99. At the registered it rang up $79.99. I showed the manager and she said unfortunately too much of a difference, so she can't honor it. The price was on all the sneakers.. She removed the price tag and said sorry. She offered me a $5 coupon. That's the best she can do. I would never recommend the store. Poor customer service.

Crowded, but found what I wanted! Friendly personnel!

Absolutely horrific customer service. Purchased seven pairs of shoes over two days. Two pairs the first day and five the next day. The first day that I went in I had asked about my coupons and was told that I could use them together “no problem”, then when I came back the next day to purchase more shoes for my kids, the manager Melissa would not accept one of my coupons. I politely asked for the corporate number, to which she gave me the incorrect number. When I called customer service the representative informed me that it is completely up to the associate at the register whether they want to give the customer a “one time curtesy” and accept additional coupons (stacking) or coupons out of date. So basically if you catch someone on a bad day you’ll save less money than if they’re in a good mood? Very poor customer service. Especially since they raise their prices to account for these coupons they put out. The same shoes that I purchased at famous Footwear for $65, were $55 if I went directly to the brands store. On top of that she was quite smug and uncaring. I highly suggest checking the company's who make the shoes BEFORE considering this store!

Tanger Outlets Deer Park, Long Island (NY). Store was clean & neat. The Lady who works there has the wrong personality for sales though. She's not upbeat, she's more of a dry type person. I took a pair of hi-top white on Black cloth Vans to the register. They were right next to some other hi-top Vans that had a sign saying $54.99, so I thought the ones I had were same price. Not so. The white on Black ones I had rung up for $64.99, with tax $68. When I questioned it & the sign placement, she just said, "Well they're ringing up for &64.99, do you want them?" $65-$70 for Vans don't sound like outlet prices to me. They're comparable to regular store prices. In addition to her unwillingness to help & dry demeanor, this location gets a thumbs down from me. I'll prob return the sneakers to the FF in the Penn Station area here in NYC & visit the Vans Outlet in Jersey Gardens in Elizabeth, NJ. At least they run the BOGO 50 promotions. I do not recommend this location. If you do go here, comparison shop before purchasing. There's Nikey, Adidas, Finish Line & several other outlets there dedicated to sneakers, etc.
