I'm always afraid of going to the dentist, but with FaesDent I'm getting rid of it, such friendly and close treatment, which matches their professionalism, I don't even know when they give me the anesthesia!!! I think it was a success to put my mouth in his hands without a doubt.

Unpresentable. Clinic for unemployed people or for those who have a lot of time to lose. In the 5 years that I have been coming they have never respected the appointment time. They have never made me wait less than 3/4 of an hour, but they have made me wait more than an hour. Their appointment policy does not take the patient into account at all, it consists of whoever they give to the client. I just told them that they have lost three clients forever, no one in my family will go there, the same thing happens to them too: they make an appointment at an hour and have them waiting from 3/4 to an hour. On Monday I had an appointment at 6:15, and I spent 40 minutes in that minimal waiting room. At 6:30 p.m. the patient scheduled after me arrived. My appointment was for a general check-up and cleaning and that doesn't take 15 minutes, so they had already planned to make him wait as well. I went to pick up the car at 43 Tenderina Street, I took it out and when I turned onto Avd. de Torrelavega it was 7:10 p.m. and there was still that man waiting at the door (he didn't want to wait inside, which I completely understand because it's a minimum space and claustrophobic as there is another person waiting. That is to say, an hour after my appointment I would still be there waiting if I had not decided to leave. And who knows what that poor man who was behind me would have had to wait if I would not have left. I had already warned the rude lady at the reception twice: my time is as important as hers, and even more so, because they receive their salary from people like me. What I said , no one from my family will ever return. And if you're reading this, you should think about it too, unless you love spending hours in a waiting room.
